friendly staffineffective air conditioningpoor insulation
the staff were friendly , and our room was acceptably clean.
the air conditioning was not effective , it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. the noise insulation was also poor , i could hear a lot of street noise at night. the breakfast buffet, while extensive , seemed to focus more on quantity than quality , some items tasted bland.

thin wallsunhelpful staff
the noise was a real issue. i could hear everything outside my room the walls seemed thin. also the staff didn't seem to care much when i complained. it reminded me of they weren't really listening to my concerns or taking them seriously

i really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its great selection. the staff were very friendly and helpful. my room was clean and tidy.
the hotel gym is a bit small , and its equipment is somewhat limited.
